We are very pleased with SACS excellent customer service and professionalism received on our minor kitchen and bathroom remodel. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect granite countertop and we were very impressed with the quality of the installation. It’s hard not to gush compliments about how fantastic of a job Service Associate Construction did. The project we had in mind for our home was no easy task. We gutted and transformed (most of) the first level of our house into a massive kitchen and dining room. Kris, EJ and their teams went above and beyond to make it a reality. From the initial meeting at the Blaine Home show to the final walk through, we had a realistic timeline of progression and communication of how it would all take place. They thought of details we would not have and helped walk us through the big decisions with ease. Each team brought into help were complete professionals but so friendly you would think that we were old friends. Service Associate Construction was worth every penny and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Working with Service Associate Construction Services and Kris Shideman as project manager has been great. They worked with me to stay within my budget. They provided guidance in picking out the flooring, vanities, surrounds for the tub and shower, railing for the entry along with all the other items needed that I didn’t know about. They kept me updated on their schedule and when there were product delivery delays. They made sure the work area was cleaned up each day. They also always explained what needed to be done and why in a way that I was able to understand. I would highly recommend Service Associate Construction Services.

I am very happy with my new kitchen that Harry and his crew updated. When I am ready to update my bathroom, there's only one call I will make.

The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was very happy with the quality of the finished product. My next project will be a bathroom and Harry will be the first person I call.

We were referred to Harry Londer of SACS Contractors by a realtor neighbor. I called and Harry set up an appointment to view the prospective bathroom remodel of our 1925 Bungalow. He was prompt, professional and gave us the estimate timely. We wanted to keep all the original fixtures and floor, but basically re-do the rest. The work was done timely, professionally and I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and people involved.

Subsequently we hired Harry to install new replacement windows in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. What we now have is the (climate) comfort of new windows while keeping the original integrity of our house.

We have a front porch with eleven windows of which only one opened. As the porch is not heated, instead of replacements, Harry was hired to get all these windows to open. I know it was a painstaking job, but again, it was professionally and timely completed. My husband and I spend hours daily on the porch which is more like a summer living room!

Harry Londer/SACS Contractors is truly a one of a kind business. I have referred him many times to friends and strangers (via social networking sites). Best of all, Harry is also a neighbor!

I had some windows installed. The noise is a lot easier to deal with from the airport. Good crew and fair price.

Harry Londer’s Service Associate Construction was our choice for a general contractor for our large addition to the back of our house in 2013. His work and his crews were top notch. Harry was very clear and straightforward about the process of the big job and when we came up with the unexpected Change Orders, he was great at explaining all the reasons behind things and helped for us to feel like we were making good decisions on our dream home.

His subcontracted crews were all very good at their jobs and kind respectful people.
